For this one I used a pack of coconut milk -- yeah, wag muna magdunung dungan with the niyog itself LOL. My protein for this dish too is a can of sardines. My mom thought it was yummy that she even texted me regarding this prized opinion. Thank you mom! Much appreciated!
Also for the test run is pickled veggies -- cucumber, bell pepper and shallots. Next time, I will add cabbage and carrots.
